Perseus Fighting Phineus (classic art print)
This masterpiece of the Italian master Giordano was created in about 1670. The artist died thirty-five years later at the age of seventy-three. This work depicts the famous fight of Perseus against Phineus and his companions in which the hero uses the head of Medusa to defeat his enemies. It currently is in the National Gallery in London.
