Narcissus by Adolf Grass (classic male art print)

This is a reproduction of Adolf Joseph Grass "Narcissus" of 1866 and 1867. Grass was a French artist who died in 1902 at the age of eighty-nine years. The image is a depiction of the famous tale from Greek mythology of the hero of Thespiae. Due to his beauty and his pride and the curse of the goddess Nemesis, Narcissus fell in love with his own image and faded away to nothing. The original is in a private collection.
