Syrian Astarte (female classic art print of beauty)

A reproduction of a work by Dante Gabriel Rossetti, "Syrian Astarte". This Pre-Raphaelite masterpiece was created in about 1876. Rossetti died in 1882 at the age of at the age of fifty-six years. The model for this magnificent work wasJane Morris. The work is currently displayed at the Manchester City Art Galleries, Manchester England. The artist wrote the following poem for this work.
